Overview

SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid Test Kit (PCR- fluorescence probe method) is a real-time PCR assay for in vitro qualitative detection of the RNA of COVID-19 in human pharyngeal swab samples, alveolar lavage fluid, sputum and blood samples. The detection kit is applicable for the assistant diagnosis of the infection of COVID-19.

ü  Positive control: Pseudovirus including ORF1ab and N gene amplification target sequencing

ü  Negative control: PCR grade Water

Detection limit: the Limit of Detection (LoD) of the test kit is 400 copies/mL.

Compatible instruments

ü  ABI 7500, ABI7300, Roche 96 Cobas z480, Roche lightCycler 480, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Qreal, SLAN-96P, TL988 or other real-time PCR instruments.

ü  In theory, as long as there are FAM, VIC, and ROX channels, the kit can be used.

Testing process

1.    Collect samples

Oropharyngeal swabs, nasopharyngeal swabs, sputum, alveolar lavage fluid, etc.

Nucleic acid extraction

2.    ABC extraction method, magnetic bead extraction method, column adsorption extraction method, etc.

3.    Dissolve lyophilize powder

Add 235ul Dilution water to the SARS-CoV-2 PCR Mix (Lyophilized)

4.    Preparation of reaction solution Add 10ul SARS-CoV-2 PCR Mix (Lyophilized) to the PCR tube

5.    Add extracted sample nucleic acid
