Intended Use

Used for nucleic acid isolation, enrichment, purification and other steps. The processed product is used for clinical in vitro testing. Automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument can complete the extraction of nucleic acid in 15 minutes.

Testing Principle

This kit uses unique superparamagnetic silica nano-magnetic beads, which adsorb nucleic acids through hydrogen bonds and electrostatic in a unique buffer system, while proteins and other impurities are not adsorbed. When using low-salt buffer, the magnetic beads release nucleic acid to achieve the purpose of rapid separation and purification of nucleic acid. The obtained nucleic acid can be directly used for RT-PCR, Northern hybridization, and detection of various viruses and microorganisms.

Storage and shelf life

The kit is valid for 2 months under room temperature, and for 6 months under 2-8 ℃.

Sample requirements

Plasma, serum, ascites, urine, cell culture supernatant, throat swab, saliva, nasal swab, etc.

Instruction for Use

1. 200 μL of samples such as plasma, serum, urine, cell culture supernatant, body fluids etc. were taken into a 1.5 mL nuclease-free tube.

2. Vortex for 15 s after 500 μL Buffer VL and 2 μL Buffer R(1 μg/μL) were added, respectively.

3. Incubate at room temperature (15-25 ℃) for 10 minutes or at 70 ℃ for 5 minutes.

4. Droplets on the tube wall will be collected after centrifuge briefly.

5. The EP tube, mixed upside down and centrifuged briefly after 30 μL magnetic beads was added, which was placed on a magnetic stand and let stand for 1 minute to remove the supernatant.

6. The EP tube, vortexed evenly for 15 s and centrifuged briefly after 500 μL W1 was added, which was placed on a magnetic stand and let stand for 1 minute to remove the supernatant.

7. The EP tube, vortexed evenly for 15 s and centrifuged briefly after 500 μL W2 was added, which was placed on a magnetic stand and let stand for 1 minute to remove the supernatant.

8. Replace the EP tube on a magnetic stand to remove the supernatant. Open the lid and let it stand at room temperature for 3-5 minutes to completely dry the remaining rinsing solution in the adsorbent material.
